panna cotta   an italian dessert made by simmering cream, milk, sugar and favorite flavors, then letting it cool into a dense pudding.  changing randomly, the panna cotta flavor is created & inspired by the season.   your server will explain the current flavor   $7.00                                              at this time the panna cotta is butterscotch goat cheese topped with house-made caramel sauce and seasalt served with a cookie


pear galette   fresh northwest pears baked on a flaky puff pastry then garnished with cinnamon powdered sugar, pear thyme honey, candied walnuts and a scoop of our house made vanilla ice cream $7.50


mexican chocolate rice pudding   using our house-made chocolate truffle slow cooked with aborio rice and spices, topped with tres leche crème and stewed black cherries   $7.50


lemon tartlet   this very zesty lemon tartlet is topped with pure vanilla bean whipped cream & accompanied with a red wine blueberry compote   $7.25


crème brûlée   traditional crème brûlée made with madagascar pure vanilla beans, served in an untraditional display, accompanied with a wild berry coulis   $7.50
